About our services

Pirate Style Bail Bonds is a licensed Florida bail bond agency (license # W126155). Information on this website is general information about the bail process and is not legal advice. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship, and we cannot promise or guarantee the outcome of any case, bond, or court decision.

Submitting the Request Service form does not create a bail bond agreement. A bond exists only after we review the case and both parties sign the required paperwork.

SMS Messaging Terms

Consent to receive text messages from Pirate Style Bail Bonds is normally given verbally, during a phone call or an in-person conversation with our office. Before we enable recurring operational text notifications to a number, we ask the customer for permission to text that number and explain what the messages will be.

• Message types are operational only: defendant check-in reminders, LightHouse portal and account notices, case-related reminders, and customer-support communications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
• Consent is optional and is not a condition of obtaining bail bond services from Pirate Style Bail Bonds.
• Message frequency varies depending on case or account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Opt-out requests are honored.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or call 239-321-5434.
• Mobile carriers do not guarantee message delivery and are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging should never be relied on for emergencies — call 911.
• Consent is recorded in the customer's contact record before automated SMS notifications are enabled.

Website opt-in

If you create a LightHouse membership on this website, the text-message checkbox on the signup form is optional and is unchecked by default. You can complete signup and use LightHouse without it, and you can change the setting at any time on your LightHouse profile page.

Providing a phone number on the Request Service form lets us call or reply to you about that request. It does not, by itself, enroll you in recurring automated text messages. A trusted-contact phone number you provide for LightHouse is used only to reach that person about your safety and is never enrolled in text messaging.

LightHouse membership

LightHouse is a voluntary community safety membership. It is not defendant monitoring, it is not a bail agreement, and it is not an emergency service. In any emergency, call 911 first. Location sharing is optional and is only used when you send an S.O.S. alert. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password secure.

Payments

Accepted payment methods and any financing arrangements are discussed and agreed directly with our office. Payment terms for a specific bond are set out in the bond paperwork, not on this website.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when you contact us or create an account.
• Do not use this website for any unlawful purpose or to submit false information.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or member accounts.

Intellectual property

The content, artwork, and branding on this website belong to Pirate Style Bail Bonds and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party services such as maps, social media, and review platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Pirate Style Bail Bonds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
