Information we collect

• Contact details you submit through the Request Service form: your name, phone number, email address, and the defendant details you choose to provide.
• LightHouse member account information: name, email address, mobile phone number, password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider), an optional trusted-contact name and phone number, an optional profile photo, and your SMS consent choice.
• LightHouse safety activity: check-ins you send, and S.O.S. alerts including location coordinates only when you choose to share them.
• Reviews you voluntarily submit.
• Basic website usage information such as page visits, referring page, and general device information, used to understand how the site is used.

How we use your information

• To respond to bail bond requests and questions you send us.
• To provide and operate LightHouse member accounts, check-ins, and S.O.S. alerts.
• To contact you about your request, your case, or your account.
• To keep the website secure and working correctly.
• To meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to Florida bail bond agencies.

SMS / Mobile Information

Pirate Style Bail Bonds may collect a phone or mobile number when you voluntarily provide it — for example, when you submit a bail request, create a LightHouse account, or contact our office. Providing a phone number by itself does not enroll you in recurring automated text messages; it allows us to call or respond to you about your request.

We send recurring operational text messages to a number only after the customer has specifically consented to text messaging. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of obtaining bail bond services from Pirate Style Bail Bonds. You can decline recurring text messages and still receive every service we offer.

Text messages we send are operational only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Operational messages are limited to these categories:

• Defendant check-in reminders
• LightHouse portal and account notices
• Case-related reminders
• Customer-support communications in response to you

SMS frequency, rates, and opting out

• Message frequency varies depending on your case or account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. We honor opt-out requests.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at 239-321-5434.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile information

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and messaging — such as our website hosting, database, email, and messaging providers — only as needed to deliver the service, and those providers are restricted from using it for any other purpose. We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or regulatory obligation.

How we protect your information

Member accounts are protected by password authentication. LightHouse profile photos are stored in a private storage location and are only viewable by the member who uploaded them and authorized Pirate Style Bail Bonds staff. Access to member records is restricted to authorized staff.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and to satisfy the legal and recordkeeping obligations that apply to Florida bail bond agencies. You may ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain.

Your choices

• You can update your LightHouse profile information, including your phone number and your SMS consent setting, at any time from your profile page.
• You can reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them.
• You can contact us to ask what information we hold about you, or to request a correction or deletion.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
